COMPLAINTS

If you would like to make a complaint about a product:

• Before sending back the product, please contact Studio Mody Anna Drabczyńska at:

• Please send the defective product to the following address: Studio Mody Anna Drabczyńska, ul. Zaułek 3, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.
• Make sure to attach the original receipt/invoice to the product, along with a description of the defects and situations in which the given defect occurs; the description should be as precise as possible.
• The Online Shop will inform you whether the complaint was accepted or rejected within 14 days of receiving the return package.
• The product will be sent back within 7 days from the day of processing the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost shall be covered by Studio Mody Anna Drabczyńska.
