PRIVACY POLICY


1. Pursuant to Art. 18 para. 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Dz. U./Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the mundurki.drabczynska Online Shop has the right to process the personal data of Customers using the services of the Shop required to conclude, adjust the content of, change or terminate the service agreement, related to the processing and completion of orders for products presented for sale by the mundurki.drabczynska Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). The processing of the personal data in a manner and scope stipulated in the previous sentence takes place only with the consent of the data subject.

2. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of persons using the services of the mundurki.drabczynska Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and other persons accessing the website of the mundurki.drabczynska Online Shop available at mundurki.drabczynska.pl

3. The Data Controller, within the meaning of Art. 7 item 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text, Dz. U./Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), of the data collected by the Online Shop is STUDIO MODY ANNA DRABCZYŃSKA with its registered seat in Bielsko-Biała at ul. 4. The Data Controller may process in particular the following data: the User’s last name, first name, e-mail address, postal address. The Data Controller may also process data characterising the manner of using the Services by the User (operating data): User identifiers based on data, identifiers of network terminations or ICT systems used by the User, information on the start, end, and scope of each use of the Services, and information on the use of Services by the User. The data is processed solely for the purpose of proper provision of the Services.

5. The User may consent to the processing of the data referred to in para. 4 for marketing purposes.

6. The Users’ personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected in compliance with the provisions of the law. The data is safeguarded against unauthorised access, including against its processing in violation of the applicable provisions of the law and its modification, damage or destruction.

7. The User has the right to access his/her personal data, the right to correct and supplement it, the right to request that its processing should be ceased, and to its erasure.

8. If the Data Controller obtains information about a User using the mundurki.drabczynska Online Shop in an unlawful manner or in violation of the Shop’s Terms and Conditions, the Data Controller may process the User’s personal data for the purpose and within the scope necessary in order to establish the User’s liability. User data or information about this data may be disclosed to entities entitled to obtain it pursuant to the applicable provisions of the law, including the relevant law enforcement bodies.

9. Based on Art. 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Data Controller may entrust other entities with the processing of the Users’ personal data.

10. The Data Controller uses Cookies. Cookie files are data files, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices, which make it possible to adapt services and content to the individual needs and preferences of the Users and can be used to prepare general statistics concerning the use of the Online Shop by the Users. The User may change his/her Cookie settings on his/her own at any time, specifying the terms of their storage and their access rights.
