RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased in our Online Shop for any reason, you can easily return it. After we receive the returned product(s), the money you paid for the purchase will be refunded back to your account immediately.

In compliance with the Terms and Conditions, the Return Procedure is as follows:

• The Buyer – Consumer who concluded a sales contract with the Online Shop may withdraw from it without providing any reasons by submitting a relevant statement in writing within 14 days of the day of receiving the product(s) purchased, excluding custom-made or personalised items (items made to measure). • The withdrawal statement must include in particular your order number, order date, the date on which the shipment was received, and information on the form of refund. The withdrawal form is available as an . Appendix to the T&C and can be downloaded here
• We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice and the bank account number to which the money for the purchase should be refunded.
